Courses

Learn to teach yoga, to meditate, to perform massage, to carry out alternative therapies and other wellbeing related activities in our Hove based training facility created specifically for this purpose.  Courses vary widely in duration from short courses comprising of hour-long weekly sessions to more intensive courses comprising of all-day teaching or longer courses with shorter sessions.

Some courses are taught by instructors from The Float Spa and others are taught by guest tutors.  All courses need to comply with The Float Spa’s standard of quality and benefit from the use of our bright airy training room and excellent customer service.  Details of all our current courses are listed below but please do not hesitate to get in touch if you require more information.
